At Second Hand Silver, we want you to love your pre-loved jewelry; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your vintage pieces within 14 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to request a return authorization and obtain your unique Return Reference Number.

  Package Securely

  Place the silver item in its original jewelry box and secure it inside a padded mailer to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our specialists verify the item's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
